Terms Used In Michigan Laws 331.62
- Local authority: means a public municipal corporation incorporated under this act. See Michigan Laws 331.33
- State authority: means the hospital finance authority created by this act. See Michigan Laws 331.33
If it considers refunding expedient, a local authority may periodically issue bonds to refund or refund in advance bonds or notes issued by the local authority, any other local authority, or the state authority, by the issuance of new bonds pursuant to the requirements of section 43a to 43g.
