Terms Used In Michigan Laws 339.401
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The specific amounts to be charged for licenses, registrations, and other activities provided for in this act shall be as prescribed in the state license fee act, Act No. 152 of the Public Acts of 1979, being section 338.2201 to 338.2277 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
