  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
    (1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated under section 11, there is allocated an amount not to exceed $6,500,000.00 for 2023-2024 only for a community district that was created as described under section 383 of the revised school code, MCL 380.383, for renovations and essential structural improvements for Coleman A. Young Elementary School.
    (2) Notwithstanding section 17b, the department shall make payments under this section on a schedule determined by the department.
