Terms Used In Michigan Laws 333.16227
- License: except as otherwise provided in this subsection and section 17708(2), means an authorization issued under this article to practice where practice would otherwise be unlawful. See Michigan Laws 333.16106
- Registration: means an authorization only for the use of a designated title which use would otherwise be prohibited under this article. See Michigan Laws 333.16108
(1) For an offense committed within 2 years after a previous offense of the same kind, a disciplinary subcommittee shall suspend the license or registration for a period of at least 180 days or revoke the license or registration.
(2) Section 16226 and this section do not limit any other sanction or additional action a disciplinary subcommittee is authorized to impose or take.
