Any public service company or municipality may appeal from any order of the Commissioner of Transportation issued under the provisions of sections 13b-275 and 13b-276 as provided in section 4-183.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
