Connecticut General Statutes 20-629 – Denial, revocation or suspension of nonresident pharmacy certificate of registration. Referral by commission
(a) The commission may deny, revoke or suspend any certificate of registration as a nonresident pharmacy for:

- Commission: means the Commission of Pharmacy appointed under the provisions of section 20-572. See Connecticut General Statutes 20-571
- Pharmacy: means a place of business where drugs and devices may be sold at retail and for which a pharmacy license has been issued to an applicant under the provisions of section 20-594. See Connecticut General Statutes 20-571
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
(1) Failure to comply with any requirement of this chapter or chapter 420b;
(2) Failure to comply with any federal or state statute or regulation concerning drugs or the practice of pharmacy;
(3) Delivering in any manner into this state legend drugs or legend devices that are adulterated or misbranded in violation of chapter 418; or
(4) Any disciplinary action taken against the nonresident pharmacy by any state or federal agency.
(b) The commission may, in addition to any action authorized under subsection (a) of this section, refer the matter to the regulatory or licensing agency in the state in which the nonresident pharmacy is located.
