A rental agreement shall not permit the receipt of rent for any period during which the owner has failed to comply with the provisions of subdivisions (1) to (13), inclusive, of subsection (a) of section 21-82, and such failure materially affects the health and safety of the residents or materially affects habitability.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 21-83c
- owner: means a licensee or permittee or any person who owns, operates or maintains a mobile manufactured home park. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
- Rent: means all periodic payments to be made to the owner under the rental agreement. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
- Rental agreement: means all agreements, written or oral, and valid rules and regulations adopted under subsection (d) of section 21-70, embodying the terms and conditions concerning the use and occupancy of a dwelling unit or premises. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
