The commissioner shall annually prepare and submit to the State Treasurer a list of community credit unions that the commissioner rated in a community reinvestment performance evaluation prepared pursuant to section 36a-37a as: (1) Needs to improve record of meeting community credit needs; or (2) substantial noncompliance in meeting community credit needs. No community credit union included in such list may receive funds under the provisions of section 4-33 or 7-402.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 36a-37e
- Commissioner: means the Banking Commissioner and, with respect to any function of the commissioner, includes any person authorized or designated by the commissioner to carry out that function. See Connecticut General Statutes 36a-2
- State: means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, any territory of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the trust territory of the Pacific Islands, the Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands. See Connecticut General Statutes 36a-2
