Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 42a-9-504

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.

(1) A description of the collateral pursuant to section 42a-9-108; or

(2) An indication that the financing statement covers all assets or all personal property.
