Any person who is a resident of the state of Connecticut, is not less than eighteen years of age, is of good moral character and has the ability to weigh accurately and to make correct weight certificates may apply to the commissioner for a license as a licensed public weigher.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 43-16c
- Commissioner: means the state Commissioner of Weights and Measures. See Connecticut General Statutes 43-16a
- Licensed public weigher: means a natural person licensed under the provisions of this chapter. See Connecticut General Statutes 43-16a
