If any provision of this section or sections 45a-499a to 45a-500, inclusive, or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this section or sections 45a-499a to 45a-500, inclusive, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this section and sections 45a-499a to 45a-500, inclusive, are severable.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 45a-500a
- Person: means an individual, corporation, statutory or business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, joint venture, court, government, governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality, public corporation or any other legal or commercial entity.
