- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
At any meeting of the stockholders of a farmers’ mutual telecommunications company, members representing 20 percent of the outstanding stock, shall constitute a quorum. Any member may hold and vote the proxy of not exceeding 3 stockholders.
