Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 4.88

  • Following: when used by way of reference to any statute section, means the section next following that in which the reference is made. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
  • Town: may be construed to include cities, villages, wards or districts. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
   (1)   That part of the town of Ledgeview comprising U.S. census tract 10300, blocks 1005, 1006, 1020, 1023, 1028, 1029, 1031, 1034, 1039, 3022, 3023, 3024, 3025, 3026, and 3027.
   (2)   That part of the town of Rockland comprising U.S. census tract 21400, blocks 1025, 1030, 1031, 1034, 1035, 1036, 1037, 1038, 1039, 1040, 1041, 1042, 1043, 1044, 1045, 1046, 1047, 1049, 1050, 1051, 1052, 1053, 1054, 1055, 1056, 1057, 1058, 1059, 1060, 1061, 1062, 1063, 1064, and 1073.
   (3)   The villages of Allouez and Bellevue.
   (4)   The city of De Pere.
   (5)   That part of the city of Green Bay comprising U.S. census tract 1600, blocks 4007, 4008, 4009, and 4010; and tract 2002, blocks 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1022, 1023, 1024, and 1025.
