Any person who in a judicial proceeding or in a course of justice willfully and corruptly does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:

- Following: when used by way of reference to any statute section, means the section next following that in which the reference is made. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- Oath: includes affirmation in all cases where by law an affirmation may be substituted for an oath. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
(1) Upon a lawful oath or in any form allowed by law to be substituted for an oath, gives any false testimony material to the issue or matter of inquiry.
(2) In any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty or perjury as permitted under 28 U.S. Code § 1746, subscribes any false statement material to the issue or matter of inquiry.
