Any refusal to permit such examination of the premises by the licensed organization, its agent or an employee or the person in charge of the premises to which the bingo license relates, constitutes sufficient grounds for the suspension or revocation of a license, and is punishable under s. 563.73 (2). In addition, such refusal constitutes sufficient grounds for any peace officer or other persons authorized under this section within their respective jurisdictions or authority to employ whatever reasonable action is necessary to conduct inspections permitted by this section.
