Terms Used In Missouri Laws 2.030
- Joint committee: Committees including membership from both houses of teh legislature. Joint committees are usually established with narrow jurisdictions and normally lack authority to report legislation.
The joint committee on legislative research shall annually collate and index, and may print and bind and/or produce in a web-based electronic format all laws and resolutions passed or adopted by the general assembly and all measures approved by the people since the last publication of the session laws. Any edition of the session laws published pursuant to this section is a part of the official laws and resolutions of the general assembly at which the laws and resolutions were passed.
