Before October thirtieth of the second calendar year prior to the year in which a state program subject to sections 23.250 to 23.298 is scheduled to sunset, the agency shall report to the committee:
(1) Information regarding the application to the program of the criteria in section 23.268; and

- agency: includes each department and office within the executive branch of government and each identifiable unit thereof, including institutions of higher learning, and each identifiable unit of the legislative and judicial branches of government. See Missouri Laws 23.160
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(2) Any other information that the agency considers appropriate or that is requested by the committee.
