Terms Used In Missouri Laws 34.380
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing in sections 34.376 to 34.380 shall be construed to expand the authority of any state agency or state agent to enter into contracts where no such authority previously existed.
