Terms Used In Missouri Laws 56.770
- hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Anything in sections 56.750 to 56.775 to the contrary notwithstanding, the Missouri office of prosecution services may not exercise any power, supervisory or otherwise, undertake any duty or perform any function presently or hereafter assigned by law to the governor of this state, the attorney general, the chief justice of the supreme court, the Missouri general assembly, or any prosecuting attorney, circuit attorney, or county counselor in this state.
