The Missouri ethics commission shall post on its website in an easily accessible and conspicuous manner a listing organized by candidate showing all expenditures required to be disclosed by sections 130.041 and 130.050, made in support of and against each candidate, together with the date and amount of each expenditure. The commission shall post each expenditure within seven days of notification of the expenditure. The list underlying each candidate shall be further organized into the following two categories:
(1) Expenditures in support of the candidate; and

- candidate: includes an elected officeholder who is the subject of a recall election, an individual who seeks nomination by the individual's political party for election to public office, an individual standing for retention in an election to an office to which the individual was previously appointed, an individual who seeks nomination or election whether or not the specific elective public office to be sought has been finally determined by such individual at the time the individual meets the conditions described in paragraph (a) or (b) of this subdivision, and an individual who is a write-in candidate as defined in subdivision (28) of this section. - Expenditure: includes , but is not limited to:
(a) Payment by anyone other than a committee for services of another person rendered to such committee. See Missouri Laws 130.011
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of the statutes, mean the section next preceding or next following that in which the reference is made, unless some other section is expressly designated in the reference. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(2) Expenditures in opposition to the candidate.
