- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
The department shall establish a system for reporting complaints against a supplemental health care services agency or its health care personnel. Complaints may be made by any member of the public. The department shall investigate any complaint received and shall report the department’s findings to the complaining party and the agency or health care personnel involved.
