Terms Used In Missouri Laws 241.200
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day when the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
This law shall not be so construed as to make it obligatory upon any county commission to rescind or cancel any contract or sale heretofore made, but the same shall be wholly discretionary with said commission, having in view the best interests of the county.
