- Director: the director of the department of agriculture or his designated representative. See Missouri Laws 269.010
The director shall promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems necessary to implement this act* and provide for its orderly administration. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
