- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: includes all persons, firms, copartnerships, associations, joint ventures and corporations, of all kinds and places of residence, or any other group or combination acting in concert. See Missouri Laws 269.010
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor. Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
