Terms Used In Missouri Laws 306.575

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any person, firm, partner, organization, association or corporation, or any agent or officer thereof, required by sections 306.530 to 306.575 to register an outboard motor and to pay the registration fee, who fails to do so in the time and manner prescribed, and any person who shall remove or obliterate the factory number or the serial number from any registered outboard motor or cause the same to be done without the written consent of the director of revenue, shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and be punished as provided by law.
