1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary that may allow a person to provide services relating to pregnancy, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services, no person other than a licensed physician is authorized to perform or induce an abortion.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a class B felony.
