1. All fees payable pursuant to the provisions of sections 334.735 to 334.748 shall be collected by the division of professional registration, which shall transmit them to the department of revenue for deposit in the state treasury to the credit of the board of registration for the healing arts fund.

2. Upon appropriation by the general assembly, the money in the fund shall be used to administer the provisions of sections 334.735 to 334.749.
