- Person: any individual, corporation, entity, voting trust, business trust, partnership, association, syndicate, or organized group of persons whether incorporated or not. See Missouri Laws 369.014
If any statement or certificate which is required by sections 369.010 to 369.369 is false, any person who with knowledge of such falsity willfully swears to such statement or certificate is guilty of perjury, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by law.
