The director may participate in a centralized producer license registry, in whole or in part, with any entity the director deems appropriate, including but not limited to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, or any affiliates or subsidiaries such organization oversees, in which insurance producer licenses may be centrally or simultaneously effected for all states that require an insurance producer license and that participate in the centralized producer license registry.

2.
