Terms Used In Missouri Laws 375.276

  • hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • Insurer: all insurance companies, reciprocals, or interinsurance exchanges transacting the business of insurance in this state. See Missouri Laws 375.001
  • Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.

Nothing herein contained shall limit or abridge the right of the plaintiff to serve any process, notice or demand upon any insurance company, association, or other insurer in any other manner now or hereafter permitted by law.
