Terms Used In Missouri Laws 375.640

If the director shall apply, either at the time of or after the filing of the petition referred to in section 375.570, the court may, if the court deems it necessary, authorize him or a special deputy appointed for such purpose to temporarily take charge of the property of the defendant and to receive its premiums and other income until a final decree is rendered.
