Each registered insurer shall keep current the information required to be disclosed in its registration statement by reporting all material changes or additions on amendment forms provided by the director within fifteen days after the end of the month in which it learns of each such change or addition, but, subject to section 382.210, each registered insurer shall so report all dividends and other distributions to shareholders promptly on the declaration thereof. No life or title insurer subject to registration under section 382.100 shall pay any dividend unless it has reported the dividend to the director:
(1) Within five days of its being declared; and

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(2) At least ten days before it is paid.
