Any of the following parties shall have standing to bring a civil action pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880:
(1) A landlord; or

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Property: includes real and personal property. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(2) A prosecuting attorney of the jurisdiction in which the leased property is located.
