Terms Used In Massachusetts General Laws > Chapter 105A - Self&Ndash;Service Storage Facilities

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
