Section 102. The clerks of the courts in the several counties, the clerks of the supreme judicial court for Suffolk county and the clerks of the superior court for said county shall each be annually allowed for clerical assistance, to be paid by the commonwealth such amounts as shall be approved by the court administrator of the trial court.
