Section 8. The value of the estate of the debtor shall be appraised as an estate in fee simple in possession, unless it is expressly stated in the description endorsed on the execution to be a less estate. All the freehold estate and interest which the debtor has in the land shall be taken and shall pass by the levy, unless it is a larger estate than is mentioned in said description.
