Section 69A. Whoever knowingly and fraudulently displays or otherwise uses, in any manner whatsoever, the seal, trademark or insignia of any labor organization as defined by subsection (5) of section two of chapter one hundred and fifty A shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars.
