Utah Constitution Article XVI Section 3 – Certain employment and practices to be prohibited
The Legislature shall prohibit:
(1) The employment of children under the age of fourteen years, in underground mines.
(2) The involuntary contracting of convict labor.
(3) The political and commercial control of employees.
