Public official: includes a judge or justice of:
     (2)(a) the Utah Supreme Court;
     (2)(b) the Utah Court of Appeals;
     (2)(c) a district court;
     (2)(d) a juvenile court; or
     (2)(e) the Business and Chancery Court. See Utah Code 63G-23-102
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
