(1) Any person holding a license for a fee fishing facility may transport the live aquatic animals specified on the license to the facility.

Terms Used In Utah Code 4-37-303

  • Fee fishing facility: means a body of water used for holding or rearing fish for the purpose of providing fishing for a fee or for pecuniary consideration or advantage. See Utah Code 4-37-103
  • Person: means a natural person or individual, corporation, organization, or other legal entity. See Utah Code 4-1-109
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2) Each transfer or shipment of live aquatic animals to a fee fishing facility within the state shall be accompanied by documentation of the source and destination of the fish, including:

     (2)(a) name, address, license number, and health approval number of the source;
     (2)(b) number and weight being shipped by species; and
     (2)(c) name, address, and license number of the destination.
