Energy efficiency projects: include the following expenses:
          (2)(b)(i) construction;
          (2)(b)(ii) engineering;
          (2)(b)(iii) energy audit; or
          (2)(b)(iv) inspection. See Utah Code 11-45-102

This chapter is known as “Loan Program for Energy Efficiency Projects.”
