(1) The bureau may charge fees, established in accordance with Section 63J-1-504:

- Bureau: means the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services created in Section
53-2d-102 . See Utah Code 53-2d-101 - Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of a judicial proceeding. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(1)(a) for the use of bureau-owned training equipment;
(1)(b) to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews; and
(1)(c) to process an application for a designation, permit, or license.

(2)(a) Fees collected under Subsections (1)(a) and (b) shall be separate dedicated credits.
(2)(b) Fees under Subsection (1)(a) may be used to purchase training equipment.
(2)(c) Fees under Subsection (1)(b) may be used to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews.
