Terms Used In Utah Code 53B-16-402
- Board: means the Utah Board of Higher Education described in Section 53B-1-402. See Utah Code 53B-1-101.5
- Institution of higher education: means any:(2)(a) component of the state system of higher education, as defined under Section
53B-1-102 , that is authorized by the board to offer internship programs; and(2)(b) private institution of higher education which offers internship programs under this part. See Utah Code 53B-16-401An institution of higher education may offer internships in connection with work experience and career exploration programs operated in accordance with rules of the board.
