(1) The State Charter School Board may:

(1)(a) enter into contracts;
(1)(b) sue and be sued; and
(1)(c)
(1)(c)(i) at the discretion of the charter school, provide administrative services to, or perform other school functions for, charter schools authorized by the State Charter School Board; and
(1)(c)(ii) charge fees for the provision of services or functions.
(2) The state board shall:
(2)(a) approve the State Charter School Board’s annual budget; and
(2)(b) otherwise grant autonomy to the State Charter School Board to manage the State Charter School Board’s budget.
