Terms Used In Utah Code 58-67-403
- Division: means the Division of Professional Licensing created in Section
58-1-103 . See Utah Code 58-1-102 - Licensee: includes any holder of a license, certificate, registration, permit, student card, or apprentice card authorized under this title. See Utah Code 58-1-102
- Unlawful conduct: means the same as that term is defined in Sections
58-1-501 and58-67-501 . See Utah Code 58-67-102
Revocation by the division of a license under Subsection 58-67-302(1)(e) for failure to continue on a resident training program for reasons other than unprofessional or unlawful conduct is a nondisciplinary action and may not be reported by the division as a disciplinary action against the licensee.
