Terms Used In Utah Code 61-2c-505
- Division: means the Division of Real Estate. See Utah Code 61-2c-102
- Final judgment: means one of the following judgments upon termination of the proceedings related to the judgment, including appeals:(3)(a) a civil judgment; or(3)(b) a criminal restitution judgment. See Utah Code 61-2c-501.5
