As used in this part:
(1) “Board” means the governing board of the project entity.
Terms Used In Utah Code 63C-26-101
- Board: means the governing board of the project entity. See Utah Code 63C-26-101
- Committee: means the Project Entity Oversight Committee created in Section 63C-26-201. See Utah Code 63C-26-101
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
- Project entity: means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-13-103. See Utah Code 63C-26-101
(3) “Project entity” means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-13-103.
