- House Building: means the west building on capitol hill that is located northwest of the State Capitol, southwest of the North Building, and west of the Senate Building. See Utah Code 63O-1-101
The entire House Building is under the direction and control of the Legislature, which may assign certain areas to be used by the executive branch.
