Terms Used In Utah Code 72-5-406

Department: means the Department of Transportation created in Section 72-1-201. See Utah Code 72-1-102
Property: includes both real and personal property. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the department shall make rules providing for private property owner petition procedures described in Section 72-5-405.
