As used in this part:

(1) “Agency plan” means a water infrastructure plan adopted by a relevant agency.

Terms Used In Utah Code 73-10g-601

  • Division: means the Division of Water Resources. See Utah Code 73-10g-102
  • Executive director: means the executive director of the Department of Natural Resources. See Utah Code 73-10g-601
  • Relevant agency: means :
         (3)(a) the Division of Water Resources;
         (3)(b) the Division of Drinking Water;
         (3)(c) the Division of Water Quality;
         (3)(d) the Housing and Community Development Division; and
         (3)(e) the Department of Agriculture and Food. See Utah Code 73-10g-601
  • Utah Watersheds Council: means the Utah Watersheds Council created in Section 73-10g-304. See Utah Code 73-10g-601
  • Water Infrastructure Fund: means the enterprise fund created in Section 73-10g-107. See Utah Code 73-10g-102
(2) “Executive director” means the executive director of the Department of Natural Resources.
(3) “Relevant agency” means:

     (3)(a) the Division of Water Resources;
     (3)(b) the Division of Drinking Water;
     (3)(c) the Division of Water Quality;
     (3)(d) the Housing and Community Development Division; and
     (3)(e) the Department of Agriculture and Food.
(4) “State council” means the Water Development Coordinating Council created in Sections 73-10c-3 and 79-2-201.
(5) “Utah Watersheds Council” means the Utah Watersheds Council created in Section 73-10g-304.
(6) “Water infrastructure fund money” means money in the Water Infrastructure Fund created by Section 73-10g-107.
